Quality control

The products manufactured by D&D require the highest quality as they are used in the building and construction industry: bridges, slabs, beams, lintels, arches, floorings. Our products significantly influence the safety of life and property so we expressly strive to maintain and continuously improve their quality.

Our products have technical permits in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Netherlands, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Norway, Italy, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia.

The quality control activity covers the entire manufacturing process.
The main control points:
- Raw materials (metallographic, mechanical, and dimension examinations)
- Drawing (dimension, strength)
- Stranding (stabilization) strength test of each inlay
- Test of finished products, long term tests (relaxation, stress corrosion, fatigue)

The quality control department is equipped with all necessary equipment and examination devices for product testing (tensile strength testing machine, reverse bend machine, relaxation test equipment, stress corrosion test equipment, fatigue test machine)
All our quality control equipment is calibrated and standardised.
All measurement results are documented; product identification and monitoring is ensured by appropriate procedures.

Quality assurance

Cégünk 1995 óta működteti minőségbiztosítási rendszerét, melyet a független, Our company operates its quality assurance system since 1995, audited by an independent, internationally acknowledged organisation, SGS Yarsley.
The quality assurance system of D&D is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
We obtained the certificate for the environment management standard ISO 14001:2004 in July 2007.
